Crockpot Spaghetti Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 pounds sausage, cut into pieces
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 can (29 oz) tomato puree
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 can (15 1/2 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat the frying pan then add in 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
2. Brown the ground beef until both sides are almost browned then add in onoins and brown them until they are tender.
3. Pour the meat and onion into the crockpot and add in the water, tomato puree, tomate paste, oregano, salt and pepper. Switch to low setting.
4. Heat up the frying pan again and add in the remaining 2 tablespoons oil. Brown the sausage pieces and then pour everything into the crockpot.
5. Let the crockpot cook for 12 hours.
