Spaghetti Tomato Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup oil
- 4 tablespoons leaf basil
- 2 cubes instant beef broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups water
- 1 pound tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 pound canned tomato paste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the skillet and add in the oil.
2. Saute the onion and garlic first then add in the instant beef broth, bay leaves, oregano, salt, water, tomatoes and tomato paste.
3. Let it simmer for an hour until the mixture thickens.
4. Serve.
